Griffin, the Banking-as-a-Service platform currently seeking bank authorisation from the PRA and FCA, has expanded its executive leadership appointing Adam Moulson as Chief Commercial Officer and Maria Campbell as VP of People.

Adam Moulson

Adam joins Griffin having previously served on the executive team as Chief Customer Officer at Form3, the UK's leading cloud-native payment processing platform.

"I am very excited to join Griffin at this exciting time for the business and the Banking-as-a-Service sector. The market needs a service provider like Griffin to make it easier to build financial products and services on and I'm proud to be part of such an exceptionally talented team."
"Adam's commercial expertise in the B2B fintech infrastructure sector is going to be a tremendous asset to us as we look forward to launching the business," said CEO and co-founder David Jarvis.
Maria Campbell

Maria joins Griffin from her recent position as VP People at Permutive, where she helped scale the firm from 30 to 90 employees and their Series B round. Prior to that she led the People function at Snyk, GoCardless, and challenger bank Monzo.

"For me, Griffin has the perfect foundations in place: a solution to a meaningful problem; a talented & knowledgeable team; and a strong business model. I'm so excited to be joining the team on this journey to empower the next generation of fintech."
"We're overjoyed to have Maria joining the team," said Mr. Jarvis. "It was incredibly important to us to find someone who was as passionate about culture as we are."

Griffin, which is currently seeking bank authorisation from the PRA and FCA, will work with the two new executives on continuing to build out the team and developing their core proposition.
